We have many years experience playing at different venues from small private parties to large civic events and festivals, we understand the planning involved in these events, coordinating the venue the caterers and the entertainment. For this reason we are happy to pencil your date in our diary and give you first refusal on that date. When you are ready to confirm we will send you a written contract confirming all the details you have requested. Only then will we require a deposit to hold this date.

 

To price for your event we will need the following information

 

· The chosen date

· The Town or Village and address of the venue

· The playing times you require, start and finish.

· The set up time, should you require us to be set prior to eating in the same room.

 

From our discussions we will tailor our sets specifically to suit your guests and the occasion. We will organise our comfort breaks as directed to coincide with a raffle or when food is served.  If your dinner and speeches over run, we will re-adjust our sets to ensure the remainder of the evening is non-stop dancing.

 

We are very customer focused and would be pleased to discuss your particular requirements to ensure your event is the best it can be and all your guests go home having had a great time.

 

· We carry Public liability insurance with Hencilla Canworth Limited.

· Our equipment is all electrically PAT tested on an annual basis

· We provide our own PA equipment and back line amplification, as well as effects lighting for the stage to create the best party atmosphere.

· We have a CD player within our equipment rack for playing music during dinner and for dancing during intervals.

· We can provide a microphone for speeches should you require one.

· We will send you a list of useful information such as power requirements and stage size with the contract.
